About Me
I have always been interested in helping others and the human body. For 7 years, I was an Operating Department Practitioner, working in operating theatre, in anaesthetics and recovery.
Following my husbands job transfer to the United Arab Emirates in 2008, I re-trained as a Primary School Teacher. As part of my continuous learning and desire to help others, in 2010, I became a Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TM) and Hypnosis. In 2012, I completed a course in Reflexology, I provided these services in my spare time, alongside being a Primary School Teacher.
In 2022, I decided to pursue a career in Wellness and attained a Diploma in Massage and Reflexology. I also became an Access Bars Practitioner.
As of February 2023, I have achieved my goal of setting up my own wellness business in Westbury, Wiltshire. I am excited to offer different wellness modalities to help transform others, whilst continuing my own transformational journey.

Access Bars™
Access Bars ™ is an energy healing therapy that involves lightly touching 32 pressure points on your head that store thoughts, beliefs, emotions and ideas. After just one session you will feel a sense of relaxation and renewed energy.
£45 - 1 hour appointment
Hypnosis
Hypnosis induces a state of heightened awareness and focused attention, guided into a deep state of relaxation, where the conscious mind becomes more relaxed and the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to suggestions and imagery.
Hypnosis can aid stress and anxiety, self confidence, weight loss, smoking cessation, sleep issues, anger and other psychological issues.
£45 - 1 hour appointment

Massage
Swedish Massage is a relaxing massage using gentle massage strokes. It can relieve muscle tension and tightness, reduce stress, ease pain and discomfort, increase flexibility, enhance lymphatic drainage and promote the body's own healing processes. Pressure can be adjusted to suit your preference from light to medium. This is not a deep muscle massage.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Emotional Wellness
NLP helps release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unwanted behaviours from past and will guide you to set goals for a more positive and empowering future.

Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to the reflex points on your feet and hands. The reflexes correspond to the organs, glands and systems of the body. The light pressure applied stimulates your body's natural healing response and promotes overall well-being and balance, as well as relaxation. A Reflexology appointment will cover all systems of the body. It can be tailored for pre-conception, preganancy, and lymphodema. Reflexology will usually be applied to your feet. Reflexology is available on the hands on request.

- 1 hour Access Bars / 30 minute foot Reflexology.
Home Visits
Mondays are allocated for home visits, care home or hospice visits for clients that are in special need of a treatment and are not able to come to the JW Relaxology Therapy Room and can be organised by contacting JW Relaxology on 07938 761855.
You qualify for a home visit if you are recovering from an illness, surgery, treatment, are unwell, unfirm or unable to make it for a much-needed treatment for some reason.

Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher be bought as a physical voucher or an e-gift voucher with a redemption time of 6 months.
